Tiger Lady
1 of 4 graffiti works at the Okapi car park in Ghent
A few new lockers for homeless people were placed in the car park under the Fly-Over of the Okapi car park in Ghent. After those in the Baudelopark, these are also turned into a true work of art by Nigel. Inspired by the zoo that used to be nearby, Nigel now makes a series of animals.

Tiger Lady 🐯💃
The spiritual meaning for the tiger is said to be willpower, royalty, family, truth, courage, and personal strength. Some recognize tigers as powerful symbols representing the balanced forces of yin and yang, the state of being grounded, leadership and grace ❤️ “This business of being attracted to the color red is very hardwired into us,” Harvey said. Early humans developed the ability to differentiate between reds, greens, and blues as an evolutionary mechanism to help them (among other things) better forage for ripe, brightly colored fruits in overwhelmingly green forests. “And that’s even before all of the associations with fire, warmth, the sun, and the color of blood,” Many painters have exhibited a fascination with red hair. The hair color "Titian" takes its name from the artist Titian, who often painted women with red hair. Early Renaissance artist Sandro Botticelli's famous painting The Birth of Venus depicts the mythological goddess Venus as a redhead. Other painters notable for their redheads include the Pre-Raphaelites, Edmund Leighton, Modigliani, Dante, Gabriel Rossetti and Gustav Klimt. They have mined the potent symbolism of red hair to alternately suggest promiscuity, sensuality, strong emotions, deviousness, and above all otherness for centuries and cultures.
