A few new lockers for homeless people were placed in the car park under the Fly-Over of the Okapi car park in Ghent. After those in the Baudelopark, these are also turned into a true work of art by Nigel. Inspired by the zoo that used to be nearby, Nigel now makes a series of animals.

Elephants have a positive symbolic meaning all over the world, and they are considered to be a symbol of good luck, power, success, wisdom, and experience. Because elephants are highly social animals, they are also regarded as a symbol of loyalty, companionship, and unity. 415000.415000.415000.41500.415000 A project in collaboration with Wallin and the Outreach work department of the City of Ghent. 🐘❤️ 415000.415000.415000.41500.415000 With an estimated 415,000 elephants left on the continent, the species is regarded as vulnerable, although certain populations are being poached towards extinction. Asian elephant numbers have dropped by at least 50% over the last three generations, and they're still in decline today...
